DESCRIPTION:  You won’t want to miss this opportunity to help design affordable, easy-to-implement wellness programming for small businesses. Helen Breña, CEO of the Southern Maine YMCA, will share information about the Nine Dimensions of Health & Wellbeing approach utilized by YMCAs across the U.S.  and how the lessons learned from this program might translate to a foundation for work place wellness.

DESCRIPTION: In this session the Lifeline Wellness Collaborative will bring together a variety of experts to share how alternative methods of healing such as tapping, energy medicine, or yoga can help employees reduce stress and improve their overall wellbeing.

DESCRIPTION:  As an HR professional, you have spent countless hours planning wellness fairs and designing programs that will help your organization’s employees improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Now it’s your turn! This session is a combination of networking and a wellness fair for you and will include amenities such as chair massages, games, hors d’ouevres, and great company. This session will offer a much-needed, stress-reducing kickoff for the many organizations headed into the busy open enrollment season.
