With limited in-house marketing expertise, this strategically focused, growth-oriented credit union looks to Crescendo for help in achieving its marketing objectives. 

Methods:

To provide the ongoing expertise that the Client needs, Crescendo Consulting Group delivers a proprietary marketing management program including all of the strategic and tactical activities that would be expected from an in-house marketing team.  Specific functions include market and consumer research, strategic planning, integrated advertising campaigns (incorporating television, radio, print and direct mail), and coordinated communications efforts for both internal and external audiences. Over the years, the services offered to this Client have evolved to meet the needs of the organization and respond to changing competitive and environmental pressures. 

Results:

Since working with Crescendo, the Client has seen growth in assets, loans, and deposits.  Member satisfaction is also at an all time high with more than 95 percent of its customers expressing satisfaction with the organization.  Research shows that the organization has higher top-of-mind awareness than any of its direct competitors in the region.  The breadth of services provided by Crescendo has helped the Client continue to add the new products and services needed to keep pace with a rapidly changing environment.
